Position     Senior Oracle Taleo HCM

Locationremote

Duration:6 month

No 8-year candidates. The client wants 8-10 years ofexperience.

Candidates can work 100% remote or candidates in Ohiowill go into the office occasionally are a plus.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

Minimum of 7 years functional and technical experience with Business Applications, including implementing enterprise-wide systems (Oracle/Taleo, PeopleSoft etc.) is required.
Experience maintaining enterprise wide systems and directly supporting Business communities in their use of systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans.
Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency with many of the HCM modules and functionality of Oracle E-Business Suite R12, including HR, Advanced Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service, etc., including underlying data model/table structure, is required.
Experience/familiarity with Oracle EBS Financials modules and underlying structure a plus.
Experience designing and developing system integrations between internal systems and with third party vendors.
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, AME rules, personalization is required.
Knowledge of/Experience with Kronos or similar time keeping system preferred.
Familiarity with Taleo Talent Acquisition system required.
Being comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in discussions and explanations of complex systems required.
Strong communication skills, including effective oral presentation and writing skills required.
Proficiency with other business related software applications (i.e., MS Word, Access, Excel, etc.)
