This position will report to the Director of Customer Device Analytics. Responsibilities: Refine and optimize SEAs ability to organize and analyze Big Data to create substantial shareholder value (e.g., Enterprise Architecture, Datalake, next-gen BI, Data management, et al.) Ability to architect enterprise-wide data and analytics transformations with varying c-suite executives (CFO, COO, CMO, etc.) as the architect of business value. Architect E2E Data & Analytics Operating Models (e.g., enterprise data management, reporting automation/ simplification, data science, next generation analytics technology/ platform) to support SEAs desire to become a data driven culture. Design & deploy Customer Device Analytics (CDA) stack: CDA stack is a modular set of tools and models that always remains live. Designing and deploying new features to this ever-evolving stack will be a critical part of this job. Product development: Coordinate with the Platform & Data Science teams to drive product innovation. Must have strong knowledge of data quality, ID mapping, DB storage, Analytical modules, Data Governance, API and Reporting. Articulate the value proposition and business case for enterprise data and analytics solutions. Develop fluent understanding of advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, analytics, the intelligent enterprise ecosystem and broader marketplace. Desired background / mindset / skills: Background: Graduate or bachelor degree in a quantitative field (e.g., math, computer science, statistics, economics, psychology, physical sciences, etc.) MBA preferred 5 or more years of professional experience in marketing, operations or related field in a quantitative/Analytics role Direct experience with building and using Customer-profiles in retail/e-commerce/consumer packaged goods (CPG), Mobile or Consumer electronics industries would be preferred Mindset: Irrepressible intellectual curiosity, boldness, and honesty Self-starter mentality with the ability to deliver results Ability to draw from disparate sources and bring fresh ideas to solve traditional problems Focused on results and their implications (rather than methods/tools/process) Comfortable re-prioritizing as situations change to maximize our impact Openness to work with different cultures and working styles Skills: Strong analytical skills Good understanding of machine learning algorithms Strong business communication skills and ability to translate data analytics into business speak Proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a determination to meet deadlines Comfortable to work with people from a broad range of backgrounds ranging from highly technical to marketing, sales, or business. Experience communicating (verbal and written) effectively with both business and technical teams. Experience with project management and process improvement - Lean Process, six sigma preferred. Excellent understanding of marketing KPIs and go-to-market channels. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to write SQL, pull data as necessary when required Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
