[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Project Manager Travel Required: Yes Location: Tampa, FL Hybrid from Day One Job Description Primary Skills Project Delivery Management, Estimations and Metrics, Communications Management, Agile, Agile Metrics and Reporting, Professional Scrum Master-CSM/ PSM1, Requirements Creation/User Stories, Digital Accumen, Backlog Grooming Your responsibilities in this role will include: Providing hands-on management and coaching of scrum teams in all aspects of scrum (facilitating daily stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, calculating velocity, limiting work in progress, etc.) In-depth experience mentoring teams/individuals on agile values, design thinking, customer value, product management, etc. Strong experience on driving agile transformations from design to implementation Working knowledge and experience with several Agile methodologies SCRUM, XP, Kanban, and SAFe Strong working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps Managing new product features and enhancements in terms of scope, quality, and schedule within sprint cycles Responsible for assuring quality user stories that meet organizational standards which may require the Scrum Master to facilitate in or assist with writing team-driven user stories Working effectively with management and team members to clarify needs and plan delivery of major product changes, future versions and new products Proactively managing sprint-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that they are identified, coordinated, mitigated or escalated as necessary Removing impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and release goals (internal and external to the team) Reviewing current agile processes, drive process improvements and challenge the teams to innovate Effectively maintaining and managing agile project management tools and processes, including documentation and artifacts Performing miscellaneous support tasks as needed throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle Creating an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability, and collaboration Contributing to building a culture where continuous improvement of the agile process is in focus Continually seeking out ways to enhance agile knowledge and technical expertise Provide creative, out of the box solutions to solving challenging problems Qualifications: Bachelors degree or four or more years of Project management experience Excellent problem-solving skills Keywords: Florida |
