Your expertise in project management, combined with your knowledge of healthcare processes, will ensure successful project outcomes. This is a 12-month contract position where you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive project success in the dynamic and evolving healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, taking into account healthcare industry regulations and standards. 2. Stakeholder Management: Identify, engage, and manage various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and internal team members, to ensure effective project communication and collaboration. 3. Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives. 4. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks related to healthcare compliance, data security, and other industry-specific challenges. 5. Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet high healthcare industry quality standards, including compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. 6. Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to adapt to evolving healthcare policies, technologies, and practices. 7. Project Monitoring and Control: Continuously monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track. 8. Qualifications: PMP Certification: Must hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Healthcare Expertise: Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, processes, and challenges. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management experience. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
