| Role: Senior Cloud Database Architect Location: Remote Role The Senior Cloud Modeler/Architect will report to and receive strategic guidance from the OAPI Technical Solutions Manager and EASE Project Managers. Roles and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will design and develop the data models and data warehouse including the loading of data, Data vault and information marts. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining the architecture for the EASE solution. The Senior architect will, at minimum, perform the following: Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for the cloud data warehouse Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop data models to support those requirements Create database scripts and power scripts including data definition language, database schemas, and roles, for all layers of the cloud data warehouse Work with other developers on extract, load and transform logic Applies and adapts data architecture principles, standards, concepts, practices and techniques as appropriate to specific use cases Performs Data vault2 modeling and associated tasks Designs and implements Validatar tests to ensure the integrity and quality of the data warehouse Writes and deploys code to all data warehouse environments Create views to support business user requirements Designs and implements role-based security throughout the data warehouse Minimum Qualifications Seven years of data warehouse architect and/or modeling experience Three years' experience working in a cloud environment, preferably in Snowflake BS in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR a combination of experience in access of ten years data warehouse experience with at least 3 years working in a cloud environment, preferably Snowflake Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing in Wherescape RED and 3D Exerience modeling using Data Vault 2 Methodology Experience with quality assurance testing Experience in the public healthcare industry Desired Skills Leadership o Results orientation, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion o Demonstrated ability to manage adversity and challenging situations o Ability to articulate vision of transformation efforts o High personal and professional integrity Relationship Management: o Ability to develop cooperative and constructive relationships o Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve conflicts and negotiate with others o Ability to collaborate with a team o Ability to identify and understand the existing organizational culture o Ability to build trust and cooperation amongst a team Oversight and Decision-making o Highly developed skills in priority setting and aligning to a Departmental strategy o Ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals Technical o High proficiency in SQL, R, Python o Ability to use critical thinking to solve complex problems related to entity linking Regards, Sandy M | 1Point System LLC Lead Technical Recruiter Direct: (803)-828-2974 Email: [email protected] Fax: 803-832-7973 www.1pointsys.com 115 Stone Village Drive Suite C Fort Mill, SC 29708 LinkedIn : linkedin.com/in/sandy-mishra-74b06b212 An E-Verified company | An Equal Opportunity Employer -- Keywords: cprogramm rlang information technology South Carolina |
