SAP Ariba SME - Spanish Speaking, with solid Technical Expertise in Ariba and SRM, CIG Certified and excellent background in Ariba Implementation, Ariba Downstream/Upstream and driving high complex solutions with the client providing solution alternatives for the business requirements 15 Years of Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization required. 12 years supervisory experience overseeing large scale projects, global teams, project managers, and application leads. Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent preferred. Advanced project management skills. Knowledge of project management vocabulary and terminology. Mastery of project domain. Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively Define and coordinate the technical tasks for the development of the software and/or interfaces Assist in budget for internal hardware/software Create/Manage architecture diagrams/plans: Work with vendors Serve as the interface between the developers, across all vendors and the project manager Ensure the development meets the desired outcome Has strong technical skills and often develops the architecturally significant components of the software system and/or interfaces Ensure all the developers understand the big picture because their work has implications Know the status of the development work and detect slippage Communicate technical issues/decisions effectively to PM and Sponsor by using business terms Define Technical Roadmap, from collaboration with relevant parties/vendors, based on current state conceptual design Initiate the future state design, identifying: Decisions Needed Concerns Risks, with mitigation strategy and plan |
