MAX Rate: $60/hr on C2C $52/hr on c2c Skills Required Evaluate business needs and objectives Selecting, preparing, extracting, and transforming data from multiple sources Analyzing information, Data extraction, Data transformation to improve data quality Analyzing raw data, Developing and maintaining datasets Build data systems and pipelines. Conduct complex data analysis and report on results. Build algorithms and prototypes Combine raw information from different sources Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability Identify opportunities for data acquisition Develop analytical tools and programs Collaborate with data, integration and technical architects Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python) Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL and database design Great numerical and analytical skills Good communication and negotiation skills to influence engineering teams Migration automation experiences to Salesforce is desired Prior Salesforce migration experience; understanding of the salesforce object models; sf migration challenges etc Advanced SQL programming and data analysis. People with only Salesforce experience (like one of the resume shared above will not help) will not help.
