Your expertise in project management, combined with your knowledge of healthcare processes, will ensure successful project outcomes. This is a 12-month contract position where you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive project success in the dynamic and evolving healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, taking into account healthcare industry regulations and standards. Stakeholder Management: Identify, engage, and manage various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and internal team members, to ensure effective project communication and collaboration. Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks related to healthcare compliance, data security, and other industry-specific challenges. Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet high healthcare industry quality standards, including compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to adapt to evolving healthcare policies, technologies, and practices. Project Monitoring and Control: Continuously monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track. Reporting: Prepare regular reports for stakeholders and senior management, highlighting project status, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and knowledge transfer. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Qualifications: PMP Certification: Must hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Healthcare Expertise: Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, processes, and challenges. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management experience. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing healthcare industry requirements and technology advancements. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
