Strong analytical skills to evaluate and define solutions for reported bugs, deficiencies, and new feature requests. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with attention to detail in documentation. Deep experience in software development best practices, including Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment, three days a week. Note: This role demands a high level of expertise and involvement in the development phase, requiring attention to detail, clear communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: Utilize specialized expertise in commercial vehicle diagnostics and SAE standard CAN communication protocols. Analyze software functionality, business requirements, and customer feedback to drive product improvement. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including electronic control module suppliers, for detailed requirements development. Clarify software feature development requirements for the development team based on data and reference material. Ensure specific data, formatting, and content are received, validated, and communicated clearly to developers. Engage in Agile/SCRUM practices, sprint planning, issue tracking, and prioritization. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in documentation and follow-up with product owner and stakeholders.
