Position: 100% Remote Facets Expert Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Month Job Description. The Sr Business Application Expert role supports application considerations needed for medical plan system applications for projects, processes and overall assessments. Responsible for strategic planning and oversight for developing comprehensive application and business process solutions. Ability to interpret requirements into efficient design solutions that will be built by the candidate and other team members Work with multiple teams, including Claims, membership, Customer Service and Finance to create business process workflows Ability to develop and explain workflow data models, specifically including Facets Claims and Customer Service workflows Strategic planning for designing business process workflows to work with long term business requirements and goals This position works with multiple internal teams, requiring strong interpersonal skills to build consensus for design solutions Work with Plan Configuration teams on both building and deployment of configuration plans based on workflow designs Experience: Facets: 10 years, in multiple areas including claims, membership, billing, enrollment and configuration Facets Networx, Workflow and Modeler background highly desired Strong SQL query experience in one or more databases (i.e. MS SQL, Oracle), and ability to create complex reports Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and Commercial health plans Experience with multiple types of medical plan/claims processing applications a plus (i.e. Amisys, Macess, Healthrules, etc.) Thank You Gaurav Gaur [email protected] 972-645--9280 Keywords: golang microsoft |
