Responsibility: Develop and implement standards for functional testing tools, frameworks and processes. Design and implement automation frameworks to be leveraged by teams across the enterprise, ensuring scalability, maintenance viability and enabling CI/CD pipeline integration. M aintain and improve existing automated functional test frameworks. Research and recommend solutions for complex testing problems. Particip ate in tool research, evaluation and prototype development, providing feedback on performance. Drive automation tool and framework use across the enterprise. Design training and best practices for efficient use of functional test tools and frameworks. Particip ate in collaborative work with teams and third-party vendors to deliver technical solutions. Research industry practices and tooling to identify opportunities to improve quality engineering. Implement solutions to support functional testing using optimized data and test environments. Provide best-in-class services to business and technology partners. What You Bring: P ossess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or similar field An extensive background of at least 5 years in Information Technologies Demonstrable experience in Quality Assurance and test automation totaling 3+ years Experience with the entire SDLC lifecycle Prof icient in Agile practices and processes Skills Needed To Be Successful: In -depth knowledge of functional testing and related tooling Prof iciency in Agile management tools such as JIRA and with Agile test management tools e.g. Xray or TestRail Ad eptness in providing test automation solutions using Selenium, Junit, Appium, Cucumber, Cypress, Rest Assured, and Postman Ex posure to object-oriented programming languages like Java or Python Fluency with test automation frameworks Proficiency with CI /CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins Comp etency in database and SQL Prof iciency in cloud-based solutions such as AWS Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and achieve desired business objectives Strong analytical thinking capabilities Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for working with other product teams and business units Experience with and enthusiasm for working in a global delivery environment Position Type: Contract -- Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment active directory information technology golang New Jersey |
