Collaborate with Technical SMEs and vendor relations Create and/or maintain standards documentation, design documentation/templates/ topology diagrams and workflow documents Responsible for the administration, integrations and tuning of the enterprise data network routers, switches, APs and firewalls for LAN and WAN systems Work with architect to deploy roadmaps Able to manage multiple projects at one time Serve as tier 2 support Document designs, runbooks, and processes Skills Needed- Excellent Communication skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent work experience Two or more years working on Cisco technologies Palo Alto experience a must ISE DNA Must have Cisco certification a Must Knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Experience with Cisco switches and ACLs Able to work projects in Agile Good written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills in a team-based development environment Knowledge of network management tools to facilitate troubleshooting, (i.e. Wireshark, Netbrain, Extrahop, etc.) a plus Experience with Microsoft Visio building network diagrams a MUST Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Demonstrated results orientation with attention to detail Solid Cisco skills Must Have ISE DNA Must have Palo Alto knowledge Good to have Good Troubleshooting skills Must have Good communication skills Must have Should be able to write work instructions Must have Work in a collaborative environment Remote support.
