At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a Senior PM of one (1) or more large or complex IT projects. Possession of a *Bachelor's degree. Four years of experience, in addition to the years required above, may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A valid *Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Senior PM implementing an IT project for a federal, state, or local entity. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project. A minimum of two (2) years of risk management experience. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with business process review and gap analysis. A minimum of one (1) year of experience leading Agile ceremonies using Agile tools, e.g., JIRA or equivalent technologies. Possession of a *Masters degree. Two (2) or more years of experience on a large-scale business system modernization project. Two (2) or more years of experience applying Agile SCRUM Project Management Methodologies to IT projects. Two (2) or more years of experience managing a project for an Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance program.
