Please find the attached Job Description Title: Sr. Salesforce Business System Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long Term Contract NOH1B/CPT Must-Have: Lead BSA with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. 10 years as a BSA Salesforce BSA/Certified Admin Strong financial services background Good To have: Advanced level understanding of BA professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices Experience with Salesforce Standard and Custom objects, fields, and field validation rules. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate functional and strategic needs, as-is processes, and the development of to-be result-oriented solutions. Prepare business cases for project proposals, incorporating the need, solution, feasibility, costs, timeline, and results of completing the project. Throughout an approved project, conduct requirements gathering, identify business rules, prepare test plans, monitor and document test results, and report status, issues, and risks. Investigate errors in systems and processes and work with technical staff to develop, implement, and test resolution plans.
