Thought leadership in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and extensive experience in the program and portfolio management of SAP, Peoplesoft, and Oracle. Strong pre-sales abilities, enabling the clear communication of Salesforce Billing capabilities and limitations to potential clients. Knowledge of alternative billing solutions such as Zuora, Oracle BRM, Financial Force, etc. Proficiency in translating organizational objectives into actionable workstreams and technical and functional requirements. Proven experience in creating visualized solutions using Salesforce Billing, along with robust documentation skills for business requirements, process flow diagrams, and use case definitions. Expertise in solution design activities, including object modeling, data modeling/mapping, page layout design, and rule logic definitions. A track record of successful testing and validation management to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
