Qualifications: Key Experience(s) Prior experience as a Business Analyst Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Story writing in Agile formats Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews Previously experience in Presales tech development Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized Attention to detail Visionary One who can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required CSPO a plus SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Responsibilities: Actively manage product backlog Research and capture requirements for User Stories Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews Write stories and acceptance criteria Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.) Sit as a proxy for the Product Owner when needed QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving the feature to UAT Keywords: quality analyst Minnesota |
