Role: OnBase Database Admin Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote) Client: SOAZ (Arizona Department of Economic Security) Duration: Long Term Contract Position Description We are seeking a skilled OnBase Database Optimization Specialist on a temporary contract basis to address performance issues in our existing OnBase environment. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our OnBase system by organizing, optimizing, and troubleshooting database-related concerns. Skills Required 1. **Database Optimization:** Collaborate with our IT team to organize, optimize, and streamline existing OnBase processes, ensuring they operate at peak performance. 2. **Performance Analysis:** Proactively identify areas within OnBase where performance may be suboptimal. (Optional: focus on SQL queries and database operations.) 3. **Troubleshooting:** Investigate instances of database slowdowns and blocking, determining the root cause and implementing solutions to mitigate these issues promptly. 4. **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of OnBase processes, optimizations, and issue resolutions for reference and future improvements. 5. **Recommendations:** Provide recommendations for best practices in managing a large-scale OnBase database to prevent performance bottlenecks. Skills Preferred Experience Required Hyland/ OnBase - Familiarity with document management systems. - Knowledge of OnBase architecture and best practices.
