Job Description:

JD for Tableau CRM Analytics (formerly known as CRM Client Analytics).

Design, build, and support Tableau CRM apps, datasets, and dashboards beginning with operational reporting and expanding into full-fledged analytics over time

Develop and maintain dashboards in salesforce Tableau CRM

SQL, SAQL and Tableau CRM/Client proficiency is required.

Develop and provide training of the dashboards to various business units.

Analyze large volumes of data using various tools like Salesforce Client Analytics(CRM Analytics), Tera data/Snowflake.

Knowledge on Salesforce Sales and Service Objects and their relationships in Salesforce.

Partner with the Salesforce Admin and ensure all development meets enterprise standards

Designing, building, and support/troubleshooting of CRM Analytics Dashboards, Lens, Datasets, Dataflows including the implementation of enterprise level security.

Work in an agile team environment.

Nice to have - Salesforce Tableau CRM Certification.
