Job Title : Wi-Fi Test Engineer Employment Type : Contract Location : Philadelphia , PA, US Job Description 5+ years of experience in Wi-Fi Testing Testing Dual-band concurrent IEEE 802.11n 2.4 GHz (3x3) and IEEE 802.11ac 5 GHz (4x4) Wi-Fi interfaces . Expertise in Over the air testing - 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and concurrent testing, RvR testing and Band Steering Testing Auto channel selection and Dynamic channel selection . Expertise in preparing 4x4 Wi-Fi conductive test setups using Ramsey RF chambers and shielded cables. Testing functionalities of Docsis 3.1/Docsis 3.0/Euro Docsis Cable Modems and Gateways. Tools & Software: Jira, Confluence, Spectrum analyzer, Channelizer Pro, putty, IxChariot, iPerf, Ookla3.0 server, CMTS, SNMP, DHCP and TFTP. Performed Docsis testing, CMTS compatibility testing, SNMP MIB testing, Frequency change testing, and stability testing. Expertise in understanding, and reproducing the customer-reported issues, analyzing the logs, and helping the Development team to fix the issues and reporting bugs to Jira.
