Define the FAQs for R-Car AI Workbench Answering consumer questions about AI workbench via phone, email, or chat in a fast and correct manner Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features of AI workbench. Publish the customer service report with details on the region, priority, and status of each user's tickets. Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives Required Skills: Bachelors degree in engineering or MCA or Computer Science or Engineer degree with engineer knowledge Recognize the client's needs and offer the appropriate solution. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities Basic knowledge in any technical skills like python, shell scripting, Angular JS, React JS, Html, CSS, Java and Devops Patience when handling tough cases. Experience in technical support, application support Knowledge on Jira tool At least 4+ years of related experience required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed. Desired Skills: Good to have knowledge in cloud technologies.
