Design, develop, and deploy tools and infrastructure to support effective screening / triage or incoming bug reports. Develop a deep understanding of a sophisticated SaaS architecture consisting of dozens of microservices. Participate in engineering design and feature discussions to ensure triage process maintains compatibility with upcoming software changes. Reproduce issues seen in the field to narrow down root cause. Use strong communication skills to work cross functionally with teams across to triage incoming requests, prioritize incoming feature improvements and functionality regressions that may arise, and ensure that the bug reports are appropriately categorized and resolved. Document triaging best practices to help ease coordination with teams. Diagnose and organize resources to resolve complex cases escalated from Support.
