Open to remote for exceptional candidates Length of contract: 6+ months * Location: Minneapolis This product manager will need to work with peers and cross functional stakeholders to understand the products we are supporting and how the data we generate supports the business needs. They will also need to work with engineers to understand the data published, be responsible for the quality of the data that is transferred from the old system to the new. This individual must be able to work with multiple teams to ensure the data is setup accurately. Responsibilities: Working directly with business partners (internal and external) to fully understand their business problems and use that understanding to drive the Subscriptions platform priorities and delivery. Be able to clearly articulate goals and outcomes Create and drive a roadmap that will show how business continuity will be maintained while propelling the business into a better way of obtaining data. Partner with individuals and influence without authority in order to get objectives met. Drive a culture of innovation and Build, Measure, Learn cycle in the team. Meeting with key stakeholders, listening to and understanding customer feedback, and responding to product suggestions. Define and track key performance indicators to measure success of data migration features Define product requirements, and manage a healthy prioritized backlog for the engineering team by partnering with them in sprint ceremonies Skills Overview: Required Skills: - A bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field - High level of comfort with technology and its development - Experience understanding data, data models, data queries and familiarity with ETL processes - A minimum of 5 years experience in product management or a related field - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions - Ruthlessly prioritize and focus on product features that can drive maximum impact with minimal resources Preferred Skills / nice to have skills: - CSPO certification Thanks and regards Digvijay Singh Sr Technical Recruiter Phone:- 240-205-8983 Email:- [email protected] Website:- www.spearstaffing.com Keywords: Minnesota |
