Fusion Incentive Comp (FIC) and/or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). 3. Leading Sprint ceremonies and sprint sessions 4. Experience as a scrum master in a data environment (ETL, data warehouse, cloud, etc) 5. Experience managing Data/Cloud migration projects (or similar Cloud initiatives) preferred 6. Strong Communication: Must possess excellent inter-personal skills to effectively interface with internal customers, team members, and other colleagues, as well as possess a consultative attitude and leadership skills, and a service-oriented mentality. Stakeholder and leadership communication skills is essential. Job Description 1. A proven track record of at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master, guiding teams through the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. 2. Previous experience working hands on with data-related projects, understanding data pipelines, and data-driven decision-making processes is crucial. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate and communicate across agile value streams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding among teams and stakeholders. 4. Proficiency in assisting the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in managing Program Increment (PI) planning events, including coordinating, and facilitating PI planning sessions. 5. In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) to guide teams in their Agile journey and continuously improve their processes. 6. Strong conflict resolution skills to address challenges within and between teams, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment. 7. A servant leader mindset to support and empower teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to meet their goals. 8.
