Louis, MO Onsite (Local Only) Minimum of 8+ years in the US, 5 being Lead based Visa: CITIZEN,GC EAD,GREEN CARD,H4 EAD AND CANDIDATE Must have active LinkedIn. E: [email protected] Must-Have Skills Test Lead over a team of 4 local, and 10 offshore testers. -The qualified candidate will be hands-on testing, 60-70% of the time. -Must be a strong communicator who can drive initiatives and teams -Cross-functional team experience is a must. Will work with PMs, BAs Architects, etc. Top 3 Must-have hard skills: -strong experience with QA process and Quality Assurance Life Cycle and QA tools; Octane and ALM -Minimum 5 years overall Test Lead experience. -Experience with CSG or comparable experience with Billing systems and Cable, Telecom domain (this is a plus) -Experience with Agile Scrum model of delivery and Jira. -Will be testing an AWS platform. Manual testing, functional, regression, data conversion testing. -Team utilizes ALM Octane for testing, but just ALM will work. Must have Java for creating and executing automated scripts. -Must have performance testing experience.
