| Hi, Please find the requirement. Job Description : Role : WCS Admin / WebSphere Admin Location : USA Remote. Support ( Wed-Sunday). PST Time zone Duration : Contract Job Description: WCS system engineer, need someone with Admin background ready to work from Wednesday to Sunday in PST hrs. Experience in managing performance and integration of Digital Commerce environments, (especially, WebSphere Commerce with systems/services such as Payment gateways, Order Management, Content Management systems, User generated content, Google Analytics, Geo Location service, etc). Experience with distributed Cache technologies such as Redis and CDN such as Akamai to enable highly optimized end user experience on mobile and desktop form factors. . Experience with Cloud and on premise SRE Observability and Monitoring services and machine data technologies (Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk, ITRS Geneos). Strong understanding of OS fundamentals (AIX/ Linux/ Windows). Proven expertise in solving OS level performance issues. Ability to discern performance impact across the full stack, including web and mobile front end, caching layers, CDN, and memory, file system, and relational databases. Experience with RUM tools and synthetic testing. Ability to find the root cause of performance bottlenecks with profiling tools. Passionate to optimize the performance bottlenecks and improve the services. Experience in tackling problems of load, scale, and optimizations of sophisticated large-scale deployments. J2EE/WebSphere infrastructure architecture. N-Tier architectures, high availability, scalability, and performance. J2EE/WebSphere application architecture. Ability to design and developm software applications based on J2EE technologies and related best practices. WebSphere Application Server (WAS), WAS ND, WebSphere Commerce Server (WCS), WebSphere eXtreme Scale (WXS), WebSphere Process Server (WPS), WebSphere Business Monitor (WBM), WebSphere Service Registry and Repository (WSSR), administration, configuration, performance tuning, security, monitoring, deployment, testing and troubleshooting. Performance tuning of database - Oracle, DB2, and Microsoft SQL. Application deployment and configuration. J2EE/WebSphere application performance tuning, monitoring, testing and troubleshooting. Web Servers - Apache, Microsoft IIS, Java Web Server, and IBM HTTP Server. Application Servers, Message Servers, Cache and Search Technologies. WebSphere Application Server (WAS) ND, WebSphere Commerce Server (WCS), WebSphere eXtreme Scale (WXS), WebSphere Process Server (WPS), WebSphere Enterprise Services Bus (WESB), WebSphere Business Monitor (WBM), WebSphere MQ (WMQ), WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), WebSphere DataPower, WebLogic Server etc. Excellent understanding of Scalability processes and techniques. Able to be on-call when needed.
