From: Upama, CBS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Service Now BSA (12+ Years OR CLOSE) Job Location: Warren -NJ- need to be in office 3 days/ week- Visa- any Duration 11 months Skills: ITIL, ITSM, IT Service Management Business Analyst with ServiceNow Responsibilities : This position provides second and third-level support for issue resolution and represents customer interests in IT meetings and projects Develops and maintains up-to-date technical and administration documentation for a portfolio of technologies, especially ServiceNow. Maintains a schedule of configuration changes, validation tasks and maintenance tasks to ensure seamless delivery to users. Works within the IT to assist in project development, testing, and implementation of systems upgrades. Participates in the evaluation of other administrative technologies that might be used to supplement the current environment. Answers Tier II and Tier III support requests for administrative technologies; Escalates support requests/Incidents/Major Incidents to both IT software development teams and third-party vendors as required, managing them to resolution. Analyze, define, and document requirements Assist with the business case development analyze current state in terms of people, process, and product Elicit requirements and critical success factors for improved future state Develop conceptual or graphic prototypes and mockups In some cases, design scenario-based test plan to validate the solution to determine if it has fulfilled the requirements and is usable Serve as subject matter expert supporting the development or training and communications Certification: ITIL Foundation+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (must have) Must have the ability to: Be a team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization learn quickly and draw meaningful conclusions from independent research understand and analyze business and IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years of proven track record as a ServiceNow Business analyst (must understand business rules, client scripts, and workflows) with a deeper understanding of ServiceNow best practices and trends Experienced in customer service / IT Operations roles to own incidents and guide the support teams on the technical front Excellent communication and documentation skills Must be familiar with ITIL and ITSM support processes and terminology Experience in IT Service Management design, operations processes Experience in business analysis and configuration or administration of 2+ modules of Service Now Platform Understanding Scrum Methodology Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, self-starter able to work independently with minimum of supervision Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, Keywords: information technology New Jersey |
