The SAP ABAP Developer will design, code, unit test, debug, and implement SAP ABAP applications. The developer is required to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to customers. Candidates should have strong application development and systems integration experience. Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences At least 10 years of SAP experience (SD, WM, MM, PP, QM, PM, FI and core capabilities like OO ABAP, ALE/EDI, WF, WebDynpro ABAP) Proficient in the coding and development within the following areas: o FIORI, Odata, CDS views, ABAP Web Dynpro, OO ABAP, Interfaces, Reports, and RFCs. o ALE/EDI and IDoc development o SAPScript, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms o Portal Development: Java Web Dynpro, iViews, Roles, and Pages. Experience in Web UI programming skills (JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS) Experience with SAP Screen Personas Excellent verbal, written, communication, presentation and negotiations skills Strong customer service approach and effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff. Ability to collaborate and work well with others and ability to perform required technical development Expert troubleshooting techniques and ability to escalate issues properly and in a timely fashion Job Functions / Responsibilities Partner with functional teams to review functional specifications and produce technical design specifications Provide level of effort estimates based on functional specifications or business requirements Design, code, unit test, debug and implement SAP ABAP applications while working closely with functional teams Resolve open development issues and recommend alternate technical approaches if applicable.
