Architect and design efficient CI/CD pipelines tailored to our software stack and deployment targets. Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, setup, and management of cloud infrastructures. Ensure optimal resource utilization, cost efficiency, and high availability. Automation: Automate build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate product delivery. Script and automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling. Collaboration: Work closely with the development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery. Facilitate DevOps culture throughout the organization, promoting best practices, tools, and training. Security: Oversee the security aspects of software deployment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Implement monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure and applications to detect and mitigate threats. Performance Monitoring: Implement tools and strategies to monitor system health and application performance. Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes and systems for peak performance. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and best practices. Propose and implement improvements based on new technologies and strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 10+ Years of experience in a DevOps role, with at least 2+ years in an architectural or lead capacity. Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their respective services. Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell Scripts, Python, Perl, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code tools (like Terraform or Cloud Formation). Proficiency with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. Skills & Attributes: Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Circle CI, Travis CI, etc.). Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Knowledge on essential infrastructure services like DNS, LDAP, VLAN, Load Balancing, and Networks Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL and database administration, including Backup, restoration, and management Expertise in Server Optimization, Vulnerability assessment, Storage configuration, and management. Knowledge of monitoring Tools- Cloud Watch, Solar Winds, Grafana etc. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in challenging environments.
