Work as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. Convert business requirements to solutions and provide specialist technical expertise. Consult, review, and analyze business information to determine the solution efficiently. Must understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Identify business process strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvements across a broad spectrum. Convert business requirements to IT solutions. Use the System Development Life Cycle to ensure quality result. Enhanced changes to business processes, policies, and information systems are delivered by working as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. Provides solution assessment and validation. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience across the entire enterprise data center stack from the hardware to the application layer at major consulting firm or systems integrator Minimum 5+ years Business Analysis experience with strong AS400 & RPG programming experience Minimum 5+ years RPG programming experience Minimum 5+ years SQL.
