Below is the detailed job description. Role: SAP Inventory Management Consultant Location: Remote Client: QVC via Cognizant Rate: $80/hr C2C Duration: Long term Your Role and Responsibilities This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on ERPs SAP requirements and design as well as SAP configuration and deployment expertise. This position requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas especially the IM modules. Required experience includes designing/configuring business processes in SAP IM. May supervise others. Required Technical and Professional Expertise At least 10 years of SAP experience. Has Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area, including IM (Inventory Management). Strong organization and communication skills. Has and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise 5+ years IM experience Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP IM/WM modules (in a Tier 3 environment) Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills.
