Candidate Must Local to Texas Candidates submitted MUST have an Active Certified Contract Texas Developer (CTCD). State of Texas Agency or Any Other Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government) Years Skills/Experience 10 Experience with technology contracting, contract management, and purchasing or procurement management in local, state, or federal government 10 Experience with reviewing and evaluating technology contracts and vendor deliverables 5 Experience with Department of Information Resources (DIR)s solicitation and contract processes, policies, guidance, exemptions, and limitations 5 Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
