Job Summary:

As a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes. You will work closely with HR teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance HR service delivery and streamline HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Configuration: Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of HRSD, including designing and implementing HR workflows, forms, and self-service portals.

Collaboration: Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand HR processes, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Workflow Automation: Create and manage HR workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform to improve HR service delivery efficiency, including onboarding, offboarding, leave requests, and performance management processes.

Data Management: Manage HR data within ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Incident and Request Management: Handle incident and service request management, ensuring timely resolution of HR-related issues.

Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of HRSD processes and best practices within the ServiceNow platform.

User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on how to use ServiceNow effectively for HRSD processes.

Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain HRSD dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to HR leadership.

Integration: Work on integrating ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications as needed.

Compliance: Ensure that HRSD processes implemented in ServiceNow comply with relevant data privacy and HR regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources).

ServiceNow certification(s) in HRSD is a plus.

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.

Knowledge of HRSD processes, best practices, and regulations.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with HR technology and software is preferred.

Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles is beneficial.

Experience:

Typically,

2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on HRSD processes and solutions.

Experience in HR or HR technology roles is a plus.
