Requirements and Skills

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to operate as an ERP Analyst with strong/extensive experience in Oracle Advanced Benefits (Oracle e-business Suite HRMS R12.1.3).

Five or more years of experience implementing Oracle e-business Suite HRMS R12.x is required and preferably 3 or more experience in the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, personalization of pages, Forms development, report development using OTBI, XML, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports is required.

Experience with PL/SQL packages, database tables, views, Oracle Forms, OA Framework

Ability to test the Roll up patches, Fusion Quarterly patches

Must possess strong analytical skills to understand the business rules, complex code and make modifications.

Knowledge of Oracle programming, database concepts and systems including SQL Navigator, Toad, SQL*Loader, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Database 12c and above, BI Publisher, OAF, Reports, and Forms.

Knowledge of customizing seeded Forms and reports.

Knowledge of SFTP and FTP file transfer programs.

Knowledge of API and data conversion.

Knowledge of Oracle Application Object Library concepts and methodology.

Ability to use Sandbox, forms configuration and templates tools.

Knowledge of RESI APIs is a plus.

Knowledge of AIX Operating system commands and write shell scripts.

Knowledge of SOA Processes, SOAP UI Tools, troubleshooting.

Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle database queries, stored procedures, database design, normalization, functions, database triggers, and shell scripts.

Experience in developing Business Intelligence reports using XML, BI Templates.

Knowledge of Java, BPEL, XML and BI publisher, TFS is a plus.

Demonstrate excellent organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow technical and procedural standards (SDLM) for systems design, development, verification, and implementation.

Ability to multi-task and manage unstructured tasks within specific guidelines and time constraints.

Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for newly created or modified custom applications.

Display a high degree of inquisitiveness and an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level.

Highly self-motivated and organized, with a strong business sense to capture and fulfill the business requirements for all products and articulate in an architecture model.

Work independently on small projects.

Take directives from management and perform tasks efficiently.

Strong passion and thirst to keep up with new industry trends and standards.

Preferred Skills

Local/Federal government experience is a plus.

Experience in Fusion Cloud Financial applications (AP, AR, GL, FA, Procurement, Project and Grants modules is a plus.

Oracle Certification is preferred, but not required, and proof of certification must be provided.

Experience working in a government organization is a plus.

Secure coding/development experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Debug code and perform thorough and proper unit test on all aspects of the application.

Enforce coding standards including secure coding/development.

Provide input in problem solving by using technical, time management and analytical skills.

Day to day involvement in database design, Report Writing, debugging complex stored procedures, database triggers.

Write complex SQL queries, review query performance, tune and optimize code

Supports current Oracle EBS System (HRMS) with a focus on Oracle Advanced Benefits and ongoing implementations working in the areas of Fusion Cloud Financials, Procurement, Fixed Assets and HCM applications.

Consults with customers to gather requirements and perform analysis to design effective solutions.

Recommend best management practices in the areas of asset tracking, inventory management, and work order management.

Makes changes within the Fusion Cloud Financial / Oracle HCM setup, customizes applications, builds reports, and tests Oracle upgrades and patches.

Develop SOA Interfaces, design Oracle Analytics Cloud Reports and Analyses, Report Writing, PL/SQL Interfaces, OTBI Data models and BI Reports.

Creates and manages the development of Technical Design Documents (TDD), specifications, inclusive of application architecture and software model, objects and relationships, class modules, database design, security and data mapping.

Participates in architectural design process and ensures that architecture is reviewed by the Oracle development team and Data Base Administrators.

Develops code, web services, and stored procedures based upon technical design, user interface and use cases.

Develops code for complex business modules, interface systems and conversion programs.

Develop new components or modules to meet functionality requirements.

Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
