Good knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud HR business processes and their data flow Must have technical knowledge on Fast Formulas for different Oracle HCM modules and Personalization Must have good Knowledge in Reporting ( OTBI and BI Publisher) , HCM extracts and HDL Must have experience in Data Loading for atleast 1 project. Experience in Interface & Data migration testing related to HCM Cloud Experience in 1. Client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live 2. Assisting in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems 3.
