Job Title: Business Analyst Location: MD (Onsite) Note: Need USC with T1 Clearance The place of performance is 808 SCHREIDER ST, FORT DETRICK, MD 21702. Responsible for analyzing, validating, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Desired analytical and communications skills, both written and verbal to be able to interact with end users, technical staff and government leads to effectively articulate requirements to all stakeholders. Skills include ability to create process flow diagrams to capture business workflows drawing upon end user interviews, surveys and focus groups to deliver on requirements documents, generate use cases, capture notes and other artifacts as requested. Create and maintain user stories and tickets in JIRA. Develops JIRA dashboards, tracks team performance metrics. Works closely with project management, developer and testing staff.
