Job Description: Quick learner and good communication skill to interact with customers Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Agile team and be fully responsible for testing of Releases. Quickly learn the functionality of the applications & Patterson process Design, develop, maintain and monitor execution of QA manual & automated tests and triage test failures with team. Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects. Collaborate with agile development teams to provide QA perspective on backlog grooming, sprint planning, effort estimation for QA efforts Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Should be taking ownership of estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities. Performance: Awareness & understanding of performance testing of APIs Provide guidance to testers on Jmeter test script creation and execution for complex issues Participate in performance test requirements reviews for critical efforts Driving and coordinating developing specific test structures, coordinating with different departments to gather data, troubleshooting, and studying client Guide& participate in creating/maintain Test Plans, Performance Test Reports and Recommendations. Awareness of Scrum methodologies and should drive the team to follow agile principles & help provide the metrics to the leadership team in terms of productivity and Bugs reported Should be able to drive and track the teams productivity.
