Propose logical solutions for future vehicles based on extensive analysis of market research data. Developing proposals focused on improving, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Leads project teams with associates across many departments and experts, including R&D, researchers, outside research companies, designers, and product planners. Lead research, including the co-existence of automotive technologies and connected technologies, to create and propose improvement direction and activities. Conducts extensive research, understanding of current market conditions as well as research and knowledge of future trends to make strategic and valuable recommendations for future products, services, and in-market communication. Create the product vision and ensure the vision is translated into the actual development of the end-product. Lead activities related to implementing approved User Experience / User Interface improvements. Experience: 7 years in User Experience (UX/UI) (preferred experience in automotive industry) Experience in automotive/manufacturing industry a must. Planning, negotiating, analytical, and presentation skills. Knowledge of automotive design and development. Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
