Job Title : JIRA Business Analyst Location : Remote Role Duration : Long Term Description: Requires skill set: Jira (advanced), EazyBI Extra point for advanced PowerBI (not required) Preferred (not required): claims and Confluence Main duties consist of optimizing Claim Quality and Improvement (CQI) Correction and Corrective Action processes using Atlassian's Jira software. The consultant should work on configuring Jira to meet the CQI team's specific needs, create customized workflows, assist with user training for business analysts, and provide recommendations for improving CAP processes efficiency and tracking. The consultant's goal is to help the CQI team get the most out of Jira during their contract period. Milestones: 1. 2weeks: Right down all user stories for the first 6 months releases including acceptance criteria and definition of done. 2. 4 weeks: complete the implementation and testing of error correction, RCA and CAP processes 3. 8 weeks: complete all Kanbans, dashboards, and reports necessary to track corrections and CAPs including testing and full release to production 4. 12 weeks: complete all necessary enhancements, documentation (including user manuals, wikis, product roadmaps, and technical manuals, training materials), training all RCA and CAP users, and standardize and optimize the process using Jira capabilities like structures.
