Perform Network Administration duties such as supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading networks and in house servers. The contractor will install and integrate new server hardware and applications while keeping an eye out for needed updates, support and administer third-party applications, and ensure network security and connectivity. Other functions that the contractor shall perform include monitoring network performance and testing for weaknesses. The contractor will also set up user accounts, permissions and passwords. This position typically requires 2-4 years of relevant experience and an associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
