Role: Oracle Functional Consultant with OSFM & ASCP Location: Irvine, CA Project duration 6 to 12 Months Job Description: Oracle Functional Consultant with OSFM & ASCP experience (Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist) to join our team in Irvine, California. POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with OSFM & ASCP experience Works closely with Supply Chain Director & Business Process owners to gather project requirements Prepare & analyze design documents, perform feasibility studies & provide solutions Perform functional setups, Unit and Integration testing on functionality/programs developed or enhanced as a result of Change request Prepares Test Cases, Test Data, Test Results Conducts user trainings on new functionalities implemented & prepare training documents Conducts regular meetings with client to review solution and project status Monitors tickets raised by client and analyzing the causes and resolving Scheduling / monitoring jobs Coordinates with on/offshore development teams to implement Change/Enhancement requests Work with DBA team for various requests (DB refreshes, DB issues, request for new functionality i.e. GRANTS, DBLINKS/user ID access, TNSNAMES entries, etc.) Maintains project related documents in client shared folders Logs tickets in Client tools and doing root cause analysis whenever necessary Gathering business requirements and conducts feasibility analysis Resolves day to day issues and other process issues reported by users Works with SME and Business users to map their reporting requirements in ASCP and OBIEE Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Functional Oracle Forecast to Build Supply Chain Planning Consultant Minimum 5 years of experience with Constrained Planning, Collaborative Planning, Inventory Optimization, and OSFM Co-products implementation Minimum 5 years implementing Value Chain Planning modules (Planning Time fences, Lead Times, Safety Stocks, OSFM, etc.) Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline |
