From: Tejasree Echuru, Itbrainiac [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Tittle: UX/UI designer Remote till covid JOB DESCRIPTION The user Experience Designer is an integral team member who will support the Client Experience, Product Development, and UX Design teams in understanding and documenting current state workflow capabilities of the users, which will inform solution and product recommendations. The Experience Designer will focus on mapping needs to prioritize workflows across the various teams. Job Responsibilities: Journey mapping The Experience Designer will facilitate and lead sessions to document both current state user journeys and ideal future state, while identifying pain points and improvement opportunities Researching processes Experience Designer may conduct user research to understand industry best practices which can inform future designs. Data gathering Meet with and interview internal users to understand and document current state workflows and evaluate information in alignment with program objectives. This includes understanding and documenting workflow friction points which should be improved. Collaborate with Design, PO and CX Experience Designer will work closely among the team to conduct process flow mapping across various users according to roadmap priorities. This includes internal stakeholders and external users. Recommends Evaluates, recommends, and develops business process, design, and technology improvements and enhancements, including developing detailed workflow diagrams, charts, and project plans from concept through implementation. Experience Designer should have an opinion based on user research, industry best practices, and program strategy to inform Product and Pilot designs. Reporting & Insights Develops clear business process workflows to be utilized by UX Designers, Product Owners, and Client Experience teams to inform opportunity areas. Business Analyst will apply insights on how the process can be improved based on program objectives. Essential Responsibilities: Participate in and lead interviews with various internal partners to understand the current state process flow and key pain points Develop a clear understanding of the core accountabilities and friction points within a process to inform change management, design, and/ or technical changes to Product and Pilot roadmaps Create current state and future state process flow maps in support of UX designs and Product enhancements as outlined by PO and CX teams, complete with recommended improvements to business processes, operational procedures, and product design Develops and maintains effective working relationships with key stakeholders Experience in B2B design. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong Figma experience preferred Experience conducting initial customer research, ideation, prioritization / scoping Able to rapidly create process and journey map designs Strong team player mentality and mentoring of junior designers Minimum of 2 years working with designers and product owners Minimum of 1 year facilitating journey mapping sessions Warmest Regards, Tejasree Echuru - IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
