Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to comfortably operate in an environment with multiple stakeholders at many levels. Ability to drive decisions, deliver results and meet deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks. For Payroll use Employee Central Payroll ECP. There is also payroll in SuccessFactors (but is different). For payroll we used ECP. We have all the Modules, #1 priority. Employee Centric Module most important. Someone who has done onboarding 2.0 certification or migration. LMS is good to have. Employee central EC. Next important employee central benefits (nice to have). Onboarding, ECB, and then recruitment module. PM GM goal management (goal management). As the solutions architect, you will partner closely with the payroll and benefits team and other HR Business Partners across the organization to influence the SuccessFactors solutions, develop project roadmaps, and consult on strategic project initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage across multiple levels of the organization, and hone your strategic skills, while training, coaching, and developing resources and contributing in a meaningful way. Responsibilities: Serve as subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Modules Employee Central, PMGM, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation and Employee Central Benefits Independently and self-sufficiently configure SAP HCM / SuccessFactors suite to meet the business requirements with top-shelf quality. Collaborates with other senior roles and architects on various prototypes, or proof of concept, to test solutions. Establishes trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally and partners/collaborates with them to drive mutual commitment to common targets and goals. This includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships internally. Coach and lead junior team members, assign tasks and production support backlog. Technical lead for HCM/Time and attendance project initiatives. Work closely with the PMO team to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities and solutions. Meet regularly with HR directors across the organization to understand their business needs and strategic objectives.
