[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Title: Salesforce Development Lead Location: San Antonio, TX Onsite 3 to 4 Days Per Week Visa: USC, GC Duration: 6+ Months MOI: Video Note: **Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Residents for clearance purposes** Responsibilities: As a Salesforce Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet the clients business needs. Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Apex triggers/classes. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce solutions. Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Establish and enforce development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality Salesforce applications. Collaborate with other teams to integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems. Experience: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including customization, data modeling, and integration. Experience with Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce DX is a plus. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
