Job Description:

Requirement Gathering: Collect and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to define and prioritize product features.

Roadmap Management: Create and manage the B2B product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to optimize feature delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of product initiatives.

User-Centric Focus: Champion user needs by conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to enhance user experiences.

Feature/Epic Definition: Create detailed products specifications, work with UX team to create wireframes, and user stories to guide the development process.

Release Planning: Coordinate product releases, defining release objectives, and ensuring smooth deployment of new features.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate on features to improve app performance and user engagement.

Market Insights: Stay informed about B2B industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges that could impact the success of B2B products.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, progress, and priorities to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist, promoting the B2B products internally and externally to drive adoption and engagement.

Business Impact: Continuously evaluate the business impact of product initiatives, striving to deliver value and meet KPIs.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Ecommerce or Digital Product Manager, overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle.

User-Centered: Strong empathy for users, with a focus on creating intuitive, seamless, and engaging B2B experiences.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, user behavior tracking, and using insights to inform product decisions.

Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
