Able to facilitate deployments and be the boots on the ground resource they need at the MFG site in the Bay Area. Only looking for local candidates that can be reliable in coming onsite. Key Responsibilities: Under the Site Deployment Lead leadership, you are responsible for the Demand to Pay (Procurement) Core Deployment Team for a given manufacturing site (Cali). In this position your accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Successful Project Deployment: All milestones and deliverables according to the project charter are on time and within the expected quality The relevant workstream tasks are delivered in accordance with the Main Project deployment methodology Adhered to the standard Client deployment methodology ensuring compliance with the approach, governance, cost and service level parameters The promotion and the deployment of the Global Template solution and potential deviations are handled according to the defined processes with the relevant development team. Coordination of all the Main Project Procurement solutions deployment (SAP S4H for Direct Procurement, Icollab for supplier collaboration and MyBuy for Indirect procurement) Together with the Business Process Management (- Specialist) (BPM-S) and/or other teams, lead the successful execution of process workshops and alignment sessions with the sites as well as alignment on cross-functional topics with other process streams All go-no-go criteria are met and approved by the relevant customer Successful handover to Client Solutions & Services (RSS) operations or other parties has been approved Contribution, People Development and Coaching: Insure proper team set up and tasks assignments, including the coordination with the deployment partner Provide coaching and encourage peer coaching to enable self-managing teams and to develop a learning organization.
