Project Manager 5 Months Columbus OH.(Remote) Description We are currently accepting resumes for a Project Manager IT position in Columbus OH.(Remote) With minimal guidance, and in accordance with HBI project methodology, provides leadership that promotes and supports the development, implementation and completion of small to medium size projects. These projects are typically characterized as having low to medium visibility and risk, involve one or more business lines and impact one or more software applications. Works with business unit manager(s) and project sponsor to establish the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule. According to the direction of their manager, supports the IT team's assigned business segment goals by providing project management services. Assembles project team and manages the project on an on-going basis to identify risks, implement changes, monitor and communicate progress. Ensure team members are managed effectively and kept informed of all related issues. Ensures project deliverables meet customer needs. Job Description The Senior Data Strategy Project Manager is responsible for a broad range of projects that contribute to the strategic goals of the Enterprise Data Strategy organization. Projects will span from small efforts to more complex, highly-visible, or cross-segment initiatives. This individual will drive business segment initiatives to improve customer experience, grow/retain revenue, increase operational efficiency, and mitigate risk(s) by working with various business stakeholders throughout the organization. Ability to demonstrate personal excellence in balancing multiple programs/projects and adjust quickly to changing priorities is key. Detailed Description: This individual will perform multiple functions, including but not limited to leading agile development teams, handling strategic business-only projects, managing traditional IT projects, and serving as a primary business contact that can work with other stakeholders during project life cycles. The candidate must demonstrate thought leadership towards the development, testing, implementation, and validation tasks that support the Enterprise Data Strategy project portfolio. The candidate should be able to meet critical timelines, work independently, prioritize projects and deliverables, lead assigned initiatives, and execute on Program strategies. This position will not have direct supervisory responsibility but will be expected to lead and/or participate in projects of significant nature. Required Skills and Experience Bachelors Degree. 3 yrs of experience in understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
