| Visa: USC/GC Position: DataPower Admin Client: CVS Location : Preferred : On-Site Phoenix, AZ, Hartford, CT; or Woonsocket, RI Secondary Site options : Richardson, TX; Florham Park, NJ; Buffalo Grove, IL Position Summary : Responsible for the platform and operational support of API Connect and DataPower. This role will plan, build, and support API Connect and DataPower in formats including physical, virtual, and containers and across multiple data centers with a focus on operational stability in a complex environment support multiple critical business areas. This position will be responsible for operations stability and excellence, supporting incoming requests, incidents, and change requests across the environments. It is responsible for creating and using dashboards, reports, platform monitoring, and alerts to quickly determine health of the systems and identify issues as soon as they arise. This role will be involved in root cause analysis as well as determining and implemented best practice and procedural enhancements. Support a 24x7 on-call schedule on a weekly rotation. They will also perform after-hours changes and support other teams with their changes as needed. Must Have: Installing API Connect v10 Deploying DataPower as API Connect v10 gateways as well as standalone DataPower on OpenShift/Kubernetes, OVA, Linux, and Physical devices. Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Required Qualifications : 5 years experience supporting the following: DataPower Gateway API Connect, including APIC v10 Ability to effectively troubleshoot network related issues. Familiarity with Linux CLI and able to parse through log files to troubleshoot issues. Ability to support rotating 24x7 on-call schedule Preferred Qualifications : APIC and DataPower on OpenShift / Kubernetes / Cloud Pak for Integration Automation capability using shell, python, ansible, or similar. Dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools. Strong drive for process improvement and operational excellence.
