Please let me know if you are interested in the below position Title : SDET Engineer Location (3 DAYS PER MONTH ONSITE): Durham NC or Westlake TX Duration: 12+ Months (opportunity to extend) Visa : Only USC Job Description Skills Needed: -UI testing experience (Javascript and Cypress/Protractor/Webdriver.iO) -Ideally 30% development and 70% automation skills -Good collaborator and team player -Eager to learn The Team/Role: The Engineering Efficiency and Assurance (EE&A) chapter resides in the Personal Investment (PI) business unit of Fidelity Investments. The chapter consists of over 245 multi-stacked engineers with a passion around customer experience and with the engineering tool set to seek challenges including: Automated testing, performance testing, chaos testing, application cloud migration and management, CI / CD implementation, security testing and application development. The chapters support spans across all of PI and provides domain specialists to squads who develop products with the highest customer quality, security, stability, and experience. This role will directly support the Appointment technology team within PI which supports the applications utilized by our associates to serve the needs of our external customers. Client Requirements (do not need ALL bullets): Demonstrated ability in the one or more the following fields: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience with architecting automation test platforms Minimum 2 years of experience with architecting and implementing development pipelines (CI / CD) Hands-on experience with crafting and using Virtual / Mock assets Proven highly proficient development abilities within the following: Angular, Java, JavaScript, Jenkins, uDeploy, React Experience with web based and API based automation tool sets such as: Cypress, Selenium and RESTAssured Strong demonstrated experience in delivering software solutions in an Agile environment Python is nice-to-have Passionate about crafting the best end-to-end customer experience You are a multi-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of technologies and test automation frameworks and solutions Energetically pursue new technologies and their adoption Leading the outcome by taking personal accountability for delivering strong results DevOps background/mentality Mobile Development and testing experience is a plus Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience is a plus Thanks and Regards Sarfaraz Khan US IT Recruiter Convextech Inc.
