| From: Zara, TechRakers [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Client:Cna Foundation Title:Sr. Business Analyst - Adobe Location:Chicago, IL(100% remote) Duration:12months + (HighPotential forlong termextension) Top Desired Skills: Requirements gathering, Adobe 6.2, Forms, SQL, Agile Scrum, Insurance domain Job Description: We are looking for aBusiness Analyst withat least 6+ years of experienceand Adobe experience as well as experience with large data conversions.They're moving off Adobe AEM 6.2 to a vendor product to consolidate platforms to one central location. This is supporting CNA's Surety Capability Refresh (SCR). This is a large transformation project. They're moving to a vendor (BondPro) and they have their own tool, so they're moving out of AEM. CNA currently has 6 platforms where they maintain bond forms, which are contracts they sell. There are 7500 different forms and they maintain across 6 platforms today. Some forms reside in 2, 3, or 5 platforms. There is a lot of duplicate maintenance. In moving off of AEM to the new Bond Pro tool, theyre consolidating all forms to one platform. Top Desired Skills: 1. Adobe AEM Experience (they're on version 6.2) 2. Some familiarity with xdp and subversion. As we are looking for an analyst resource, we dont need a very technically strong resource 3. Experience with forms conversion or any conversion 4. BA experience with story writing, requirement documentation is a must a. Insurance / Surety experience is preferred (insurance is the big requirement. Surety is very niche so they're not expecting someone to have this) 5. SQL skills preferred 6. Forms- creating forms, forms conversion (required)- understanding of What is a form Why do you create it Desired Experience: Experience with extraction of current state forms. Conversion experience is required. This resources will be responsible for taking from current state and moving to future state. They're not expecting this resource to be able to code in AEM, but having familiarity for subversion and sql will be extremely helpful. Just reading and writing simple sql. - Insurance is highly preferred. Surety will be a niche find, so having specific experience within surety is not required. - Forms experience - required- If they have understanding of forms, even not in insurance that is fine. Binding of forms. - Adobe version - 6.2 experience - required - Transformation project- mix match of apps today, mainframe, java when we move to new vendor platform this is a full bond suite.
