Five (5+) years extensive experience in analysis, design, and development utilizing PeopleSoft Tools (People Tools, Application Designer, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, PeopleCode). Knowledgeable of PeopleSoft v9.x or above modifying/creating PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Designer objects (components, pages, records, fields, SQL, Application Engine, Application Packages, etc.). Hands on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 including these HCM modules: HR Core, Benefits, Payroll, Time Labor, and Time sheets. Interface experience with Timesheet X from NextGen Highly Skilled in use of PeopleTools development tools including PeopleCode, MetaSQL, App Designer, PS Query, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, App Engine, Workflow and Approval Framework, XMLP, temporary tables etc. We are hiring a Senior PeopleSoft Technical/Functional Consultant, with a strong Human Capital Management (HCM) background. Our client is a recognized employer, known for their Enterprise PeopleSoft footprint. This candidate will partner with customers and IT teams to define and finalize requirements, write customizations, perform customized programming, and perform testing for the PeopleSoft HCM (Time & Labor, Payroll, Time Sheet, and Timesheet X) Product Suites. Perform analysis, design, code, test, and revise complex ERP HCM programs based on technical specifications using the ERP development environment and the ERP developer's toolset (currently PeopleSoft and PeopleTools). Create technical specifications and detailed software design documentation based on business requirements. Interact with the user community to gather and document business requirements, conduct process analysis, and draft conceptual design. Perform data mapping, conversion testing, and end-user documentation. Provide user assistance and direction for ad-hoc data reporting and as needed, develop reports using the PeopleSoft and Oracle reporting toolset. Develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business stakeholders (supervisors, managers, directors, vice presidents etc.) to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's business processes to support the prioritization and delivery of demand. Assess the impact of PeopleSoft updates and provide proposals for applying them effectively. Work with users and IT members on a routine basis to troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to application software. Identify the cause, design, or develop an approach for resolution.
